Shaun Lowry, Chief Executive Officer
Shaun joined First Pacific Corporation in 2017 as the SVP of Sales and then transitioned into the role of Chief Operating Officer, where he managed sales, marketing, business development, and client services. Shaun was named as FPC’s CEO as of October 1, 2018, and is excited for the opportunity to continue to work alongside the strong management team and dedicated employees at FPC. Shaun is a zealous advocate for client success and is driven by delivering services that produce a meaningful and positive impact on the success and growth of FPC’s clients and their dental practices! As Vice President for both small and large companies, Shaun has successfully led the growth and success for several organizations like FPC over the past 15 years.
Originally from Missoula, Montana, Shaun is a passionate Montana Grizzlies fanatic! He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and graduate in Business from the University of Central Florida. Shaun and his wife, Ashley, have five wonderful children that keep him just as busy at home as he is in the office.
Ron Bartel, Chief Financial Officer
Ron joined First Pacific Corporation in 1994 where he started as a staff accountant and is now the Chief Financial Officer. Ron oversees financial operations and strives for ways to increase the value of First Pacific Corporation’s financial solutions for the dental market.
Ron received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Corban University. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, coaching basketball, wood working, and volunteering at his church.
Steve Knipple, Vice President of Technology
Steve joined First Pacific in 2017 and is responsible for all aspects of technology; for FPC, and our clients. Steve’s priority is to ensure the technology at First Pacific is secure, reliable, and innovative by using industry best practice tools and processes. Steve has held numerous technology leadership and consulting roles at companies of various sizes, both domestically and internationally. He is most passionate about working with companies like First Pacific, where working collaboratively with dedicated people can quickly make a substantial positive impact for clients.
Steve has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin Madison, and a Master of Science in Information Management from the University of Oregon. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, who share a wide range of interests, making for a full and exciting life. Go Packers!
Jeremy Clarke, Regional Vice President of Client Development
Jeremy joined First Pacific Corporation in 1997. Jeremy has worked in various roles throughout his 21-year tenure at FPC including Patient Services, Client Services and as a Practice Advisor. In his current role as the Vice President of Client Development, Jeremy leads a team of Practice Advisors, providing them with the guidance and tools to assist FPC’s clients in achieving their practice goals.
When Jeremy isn’t working, he is either spending time with his two boys, at a concert, or traveling somewhere around the world. Chances are he is doing all three!
Meghann Reams, Vice President of Client Services
Meghann Reams started at FPC in 2007 as a Client Services Representative. Over the years she has worked many positions at FPC which has provided a platform of understanding and knowledge making her an integral part of FPC’s support system. Overseeing both the Client Management and Patient Services departments she uses her passion as a driving force to create an environment of learning and growth, teamwork, and increased efficiencies with a focus on superior customer service.
On her off time Meghann and her partner are avid rock collectors and hunters, you can often find them in rivers or at the beach looking for the biggest agates they can find. They also enjoy spending time with their family (especially their nieces and nephews), camping or anything involving music and laughter.
Heather Lander, Manager, Revenue Cycle & Practice Management
Heather Lander joined First Pacific in 2018 to help develop and manage FPC’s Revenue Cycle and Dental Practice Management Services and Teams. Heather has accumulated over 25 years of Dental Office Management experience, which gives her a deep, hands-on understanding of client’s day to day challenges, operations and goals. Heather and her team focus on reducing rejections and reimbursement time from carriers which improves the cash flow for practices.
Heather has a grown daughter and 2 dogs at home. She enjoys gardening, crocheting and when time allows, curling up and reading a good book. She loves to take the dogs to the beach and hiking the many amazing trails Oregon has to offer.
